PETER MORDUE

MANAGING Partner, Vancouver

Peter Mordue has over 15 years of experience in the infrastructure space and has worked on multibillion-dollar infrastructure equity transactions, led infrastructure debt (senior secured, mezzanine and preferred equity) transactions and expanded, launched and managed new infrastructure products.

Prior to joining Agentis, Peter worked at global institutional investment manager IFM Investors acting as a director, CEO of IFM (US) Securities, LLC, investment director and portfolio manager in New York.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science from Monash University and is admitted to both the New York State (U.S.) and Victoria (Australia) Bars.


Robert Van Belle

Partner, Vancouver

Robert Van Belle is a Partner and Co-Founder of Agentis Capital. He is an experienced investment banker with transaction experience in renewable energy, digital, transportation, energy, leasing and public private partnerships. Robert has also managed restructuring projects and regularly works with companies post-acquisition to solve strategic and operational challenges. Robert has served on numerous boards of financial institutions industrial companies and technology start ups.

Prior to Agentis Capital, Robert held positions at Macquarie Capital Markets Canada and the Corporación Interamericana de Inversiones (a unit of the Inter-American Development Bank).

Robert holds a MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC.


Landon Downs, CFA

Partner, Vancouver

Landon Downs is a Partner and Co-Founder of Agentis Capital. He is a seasoned entrepreneur having co-founded an industrial real estate holdings company, Minor Capital VCC, 1QBit (the world’s first quantum computing software company), and as the Managing Partner of Cambium Capital, a venture capital fund. Landon’s accomplishments span a diverse range of leadership roles, from funding early stage investments to co-founding startups, negotiating mergers and acquisitions to advising on some of the largest public-private-partnership infrastructure transactions in Canada.

Prior to Agentis Capital, Landon worked at Macquarie Capital Markets Canada in the investment banking division.

Landon received a BComm (with distinction) from the University of Victoria, is a CFA Charterholder and has attended Singularity University’s Executive Program. In addition to working in the technology and finance fields, Landon is an active angel investor and community volunteer. He has served on the boards of the Victoria CFA Society, Acumen Canada and Vancouver+Acumen.


Andrew Grieve

Partner, Vancouver

Andrew Grieve is a Partner and Co-Founder of Agentis Capital. He has worked on a wide variety of transactions including: restructuring transactions, capital raisings, project finance transactions, take-private transactions, general M&A transactions, and high-yield loan transactions. Andrew has experience as the Chief Executive Officer of a public company with nearly 1,000 employees, and leading, completing, and managing an extensive number of principal investments on behalf of Agentis Capital.

Prior to Agentis Capital, Andrew held positions at Macquarie Capital Markets Canada and Macquarie Securities (USA).

Andrew holds a BComm (honours) from the University of British Columbia. Andrew currently holds the rank of Major in the Canadian Armed Forces. He graduated from Canadian Army Staff College in 2014 and the Joint Command Staff Program in 2018. Andrew has served on the board of directors of businesses ranging from a public company, to a multi-strategy credit fund, to mid-sized industrial businesses, and a variety of technology startups.
